Who you are contracting with

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We take payment when you place the order. If an item is unavailable, we refund that item and email you.

More than 90% of pieces are ready to ship. If an item is pre-order, we email you the expected ship date before it ships. If that date does not work, reply and we will cancel that item with a full refund.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in [[TBD: EUR / GBP / CHF]] and include VAT, customs duties, and delivery where those apply. The total at checkout is the total you pay.

Payments are processed by [[TBD: payment provider]]. We never see or store your full card number.

Delivery

Cancellation within 48 hours

14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Use Withdraw from contract here. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, including standard delivery cost; we may wait until the items arrive back or you show proof of sending.

Legal guarantee of conformity

In the EU you are protected against faults present at delivery for 2 years. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email 666archive@globaltejarah.llc within [[TBD: 14]] days of delivery with photos. We refund or replace it, your choice, and we pay return shipping. This does not limit your 2-year legal guarantee.

If an item from us is ever shown not to be authentic, we refund it in full, including shipping.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU or the UK. You may also bring a claim in the courts of that country. Your statutory rights are not affected.
