Cancellations

You can cancel any order within 48 hours of placing it, for any reason.

1. Go to Account → Orders (or use the guest link in your confirmation email).
2. Select Cancel order and choose the items.
3. We email you a confirmation, and refund you in full, including shipping, within [[TBD: 5]] business days to your original payment method.

You can also email 666archive@globaltejarah.llc with your order number — the time your email arrives counts as the time of cancellation.

After 48 hours your order is being prepared or is already on its way, so it can’t be cancelled from your account. You still have your full legal right to withdraw after it’s delivered — see Returns & withdrawal.
