Refunds

• Order cancelled within 48 hours → full refund.
• Item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described → full refund or replacement, your choice. We pay the return shipping.
• Wrong item or wrong size sent → full refund or the correct item, your choice.
• Withdrawal within 14 days of delivery → see Returns & withdrawal.

1. Email 666archive@globaltejarah.llc within [[TBD: 14]] days of delivery, or use the form on Contact us with topic Quality issue.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, the issue, and the label.
3. We reply within [[TBD: 24]] hours. If the issue is confirmed from your photos, you may not need to send the item back at all — otherwise we send you a prepaid return label.

This doesn’t limit your legal guarantee: in the EU, you’re protected against faults present at delivery for 2 years.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within [[TBD: 5]] business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. We email you when the refund is sent.
