Every piece comes directly from the designer who made it, and every piece is checked twice before it leaves us.
We source straight from the brands on our site. We don’t buy from resellers, wholesalers, or grey-market sellers. That’s how we can promise that everything we sell is authentic — no counterfeits, no replicas, no factory seconds.
Every item goes through two separate quality checks before it’s packed. First when it arrives from the designer, second before it’s packed for you.
Items that don’t pass don’t ship.
Two checks catch almost everything, but if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us within [[TBD: 14]] days of delivery with photos. We’ll refund it or replace it, your choice, and cover the cost of sending it back. See Refunds.
If an item from us is ever shown not to be authentic, we refund it in full, including shipping.
